We are currently seeking a friendly, efficient professional Administrator to join our busy all-through School. The School Admin Office serves as the Central Contact Point for all Staff, Parents and Carers. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

Duties for this role include:

  • Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including formal correspondence, managing the school office inboxes, Trust Systems, supporting School Events and Daily Operations.
  • Administer First Aid and keep First Aid and Medicines records inline with School Policies.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact by supporting the School Reception with a high volume of telephone calls, emails and visitor enquiries.
  • Manage Visitor entry in accordance with School Safeguarding Procedures.
  • Work in Partnership with Teaching and Support Staff to ensure daily operations are maintained.
