Administration Assistant - CSSC
Location: Worcester (office based)
Salary: £26,326 per year
Hours: 35 hours per week
Position: Temporary for up to 12 months
We have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in our head office in Worcester. This team is made up of 6 Administration Assistants and one Team Leader. The role of Administration Assistant will sit within the Corporate Shared Service Centre (CSSC). The team is responsible for completing all administration tasks within the CSSC alongside records management activities, including the creation, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and disposal of physical and digital records. As the role will require the physical handling of documents, including boxes and files, some heavy lifting will be required, as well as standing and walking for prolonged periods.
This is a newly established team which is continuously evolving with new processes being added to support other financial departments.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of all administration tasks
- Organise and prepare physical files for scanning
- Operate scanners, validating scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage the storage of large volumes of physical records
- Locate and retrieve physical records from storage to assist with queries
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
Skills and Experiences
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven experience of working to deadlines
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
