About This Role
The Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant who is committed to supporting the Multi Academy Trust's vision for educational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can build positive relationships with colleagues, pupils, parents and visitors. The successful candidate will be able to respond effectively to unforeseen circumstances while remaining calm, organised and professional. Creativity, resourcefulness and a positive approach are essential qualities for this role.

As the first point of contact for St Bartholomew's C of E Academy, the Administration Assistant will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service, handling enquiries from pupils, parents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that school security and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for the whole school community. In addition, the Administration Assistant will support and fulfil the administrative processes of St Bartholomew's C of E Academy, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality administrative support across the school.
