The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our office runs seamlessly and our recruitment consultants have the vital support they need to succeed. This is a varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a meticulous eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, formatting, and publishing engaging job adverts to attract top-tier legal professionals.
- Proofreading, editing, and formatting documents to ensure they consistently meet our high-quality company style guidelines.
- Playing a hands-on role in an ongoing internal project, taking responsibility for accurate data entry, database updating, and system maintenance.
- Overseeing general office maintenance, managing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming, well-run environment for the whole team. This includes taking responsibility for the daily opening and closing procedures, so the office is always ready for business, as well as maintaining pristine workspace.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to assist with ad hoc administrative duties, reporting, and operational tasks where necessary.
About You
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail, you naturally spot the formatting errors others might miss.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable adapting to CRM or database systems.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to step in and support the wider operations team whenever needed.
