This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility.
This part-time contract position offers 10 hours per week, worked between 9:00am and 2:30pm on Monday and Friday.
We are seeking someone with administration and rostering experience, confident computer skills, and a background in reception or front-of-house roles. Rostering is a key component, so experience in this area will be highly regarded, though not essential. You will also bring excellent communication skills, a warm and professional telephone manner, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent service to residents, families, visitors and staff
No two days are the same! As Administration Assistant you will:
- Assist with employee rostering, timesheets, training records, and staff documentation
- Deliver professional, customer-focused reception services and general administrative support.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the aged care service
- Assist with resident administration, including admissions support and liaising with families.

About You
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Experience in administration, ideally in aged care, health, or a service-based role.
- Proven experience in rostering, timesheets, training records and staff documentation
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Competence with computers and word processing.
- An excellent ability to demonstrate confidentiality and compliance requirements.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening or National Police Check, or able to obtain one.
