Administrative Assistant - Demand Planning Team
Location: HU1
Pay: £12.60 per hour - scope for increase depending on experience
Contract: 6-month temporary role - opportunity for extension
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (08:30-17:00, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
We are urgently seeking a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Demand Planning team. This is a key role requiring someone who is accurate, organised, and committed - someone who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality admin support.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

- Provide accurate, efficient administrative support to the Demand Planning team
- Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with documentation, reports, and planning activities
- Communicate professionally with internal teams
- Handle data entry with high levels of accuracy
- Support general office and team administration as required
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong, proven admin background (essential)
- Good attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with SAP IBP is highly desirable, but not essential
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 08:30 - 17:00
- 37.5 hours per week (1 hour unpaid lunch)
