About the Role:
Are you a proactive and highly organised professional with a talent for managing competing priorities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and take pride in delivering exceptional administrative support? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
As a key member of the Older Persons Mental Health Services (OPMHS) team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Directors, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. Your responsibilities will include diary and email management, screening incoming calls, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing secretariat support to committees.

You will also manage and coordinate a range of human resource activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders on nursing and related matters, maintain both manual and electronic administrative systems, and support the operational financial requirements of the office.
