Come and make a difference and work with us to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our clinical colleagues in the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC).
The Urgent and Emergency Care administrative team are ready to welcome you to the team.
You will be part of our valued team and work closely with our Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) colleagues who provide high quality care for our patients.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting the work of the clinical leadership team. You will play an integral part of the smooth running of the department along with our high performing colleagues.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support across the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) and including wider support to Clinical Leads, Matrons, Senior Unit Managers, and the wider leadership team that work within the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or the Emergency Department (ED) when needed.
Working collaboratively alongside the Emergency Department Secretaries and Admin staff, the post holder will provide mutual support to ensure the effective running of administrative services within the department.
The post holder will also provide dedicated administrative support to the Urgent Care Lead, ensuring the efficient coordination of departmental activities and priorities.
