Administration Assistant (12 Month FTC)

Lurgan | Salary: £26.7k - £31.3k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications)

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to help achieve Evolve's business objectives.
  • Managing documentation, records, and business systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure paperwork and submissions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Responding to enquiries professionally and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Producing reports and management information to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of the team through a range of administrative and organisational tasks.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new colleagues, promoting consistency and adherence to established processes.
