Band 2 Typist/Admin Assistant
Due to a position becoming available within our Services, we are looking to recruit a Band 2 typist/admin assistant.
The successful candidate will provide clinical transcription and administrative support to the Head & Neck teams.
Please note unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Main duties will include typing/editing correspondence using the G2 clinical transcription system, filing investigation results, retrieving/distributing case note files from all areas of the Trust, data input, using the hospital information systems and any other duties specified by the Directorate Management team.
The post holder will work under the direction of the Medical Secretaries to deliver administrative support within the department, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, working within, and adhering to, the Trust standards of practice and Trust policies and procedures.
