Administration Co-ordinator - Construction Crafts

£27,051 - £28,599 per annum

As an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional staff to help us to fulfil our ambitions and we are now recruiting for an Administration Co-Ordinator to be based within our Construction Crafts department.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide a general secretarial service to the Head of Faculty which will include typing of all correspondence, maintaining electronic and manual filing systems, taking minutes and managing a diary system.
  • Assist in the enrolment / registration of learners, update learner records and ensure learner absence information is maintained.
  • Process purchase orders for the Faculty and maintain financial records.

Requirements

  • Relevant IT and administration experience.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C, 5-9) or equivalent.
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or similar subject.
