We are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join a successful and growing organisation.
This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for providing administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, and coordinating a range of tasks to support internal teams.
This role would suit a candidate with excellent administration skills who is looking to build on and develop their career!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments across the business
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Manage company records, databases and documentation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as required
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and hospitality arrangements
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities and assist with employee administration
- Manage office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirements
- Assist with the planning and organisation of company events, meetings and team activities.
- Handle incoming enquiries and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support process improvements and help ensure administrative procedures are followed
- Undertake additional administrative and coordination tasks as required

What The Client Is Looking For
- Previous experience in an Administration Coordinator, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, Business Support or similar role
- Experience managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive, professional and flexible approach to work
