Acmet London College is seeking an organised, reliable and student-focused Administration/ Data Officer to support the effective day-to-day administration of the College.
Salary: £17,000 3 days a week
Job Purpose
The Administration/ Data Officer will support the routine administrative functions of the College, maintain accurate student records and data, and assist with internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and files
- Maintain and monitor student attendance records and follow up where required
- Support the collection, checking and provision of student data for external bodies, including HESA and other relevant organisations
- Maintain accurate records relating to student assignments, submissions and administrative deadlines
- Keep the Administration Manager informed of outstanding documentation, attendance issues and other administrative matters
- Assist with student enquiries and provide a professional and welcoming service to students
- Support general College administration and preparation of regular and ad hoc reports
- Ensure student information is handled accurately, confidentially and in accordance with College procedures and data protection requirements

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Methodical and accurate approach to record keeping
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
