We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Fulfilment Assistant to support the day-to-day processing of customer orders and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working accurately, managing multiple tasks, and taking ownership of their workload.
You will be responsible for the fulfilment of web orders, maintaining accurate stock information across multiple platforms, carrying out data entry and administrative tasks, and responding to customer enquiries on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and using a variety of web-based systems.
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week, spread across 4–5 days (Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support general sales administration and website administration tasks.
- Process web orders accurately and efficiently, including both digital and physical fulfilment activities.
- Maintain and update stock levels across various online platforms and systems.
- Communicate stock updates and availability information to colleagues.
- Ensure all orders and administrative processes are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous office administration experience.
- Strong IT literacy and confidence using multiple software systems.
- Experience using web-based administration interfaces and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in order processing, fulfilment, e-commerce platforms or sales administration.
Working Hours
- 15 hours per week
- Spread across 4–5 weekdays
- Working hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary
- Minimum wage or £12.71 per hour
