The staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint an experienced, well-organised, and highly motivated administrator to work in our very busy school office.
You will be required to take ownership of the tasks you undertake, work to deadlines, and produce work of a high quality.
As a member of the administration team, you will also be required to support front of house and carry out day-to-day requests from staff and senior leaders.
You will join a strong, motivated, and hard-working team with a strong pastoral ethos and high expectations.
As a Successful Candidate You Will
- possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- be competent in a range of IT packages
- have a calm, courteous, professional manner and possess good communication skills
- have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide-ranging workload and be adaptable to the changing demands of the role
- have the ability to maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions
- be an integral part of the administrative team
- be exceptionally well-organised and able to meet strict deadlines
- work effectively in partnership with pupils, parents, staff, and governors
- work effectively with external services to support parents/carers
