About The Role
We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across the borough. Our skilled and compassionate administration team support our team members who work closely with service users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in harm reduction, clinical treatment and recovery with innovative approaches, and we actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide. We are looking to recruit a permanent full-time Administration Team Leader who will be part of the Sandwell leadership team and support the deputy borough manager to lead our administration, reception and clinic support functions across the service. You will line manage a team of administrators, supporting them to be able to carry out their roles fully.

Key Responsibilities
- Line manages a team of administrators, supporting them to be able to fully carry out their roles.
- Ensure efficient administrative systems and workflows across the service.
- Support estates, health and safety, and service operations.
About You
The successful candidate will have effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills and have the ability to manage change while working to deadlines.
You will need to have good writing, verbal, and computing skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems.
All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to meet service needs. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with additional hours on some evenings.
