Job Description
Aramark UK are recruiting a Chef Deployment Team Administration Manager who will lead the administration function supporting the Relief Chef Team, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective deployment of chefs across the business. Working closely with Operations, Recruitment, Finance, Payroll, and HR, the role is responsible for workforce planning, process improvement, financial controls, and delivering accurate management information.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator and people manager to drive operational excellence, establish robust systems and processes, and lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the administration function supporting the Relief Chef Team, ensuring an efficient and professional service.
- Oversee the allocation and deployment of relief chefs to meet business requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative processes, systems, and controls.
- Monitor workforce utilisation and produce forecasting and management information reports.
- Manage payroll inputs, expenses, travel, accommodation, and cost-recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work, training, certification, and company governance requirements.
- Produce accurate financial and operational reports to support decision-making and budget control.
- Manage, coach, and develop the administration team, setting clear service standards and performance expectations.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading an administrative, scheduling, or workforce coordination function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and workload allocation.
- Experience designing and improving processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, resource deployment, and managing changing operational demands.
- Experience handling payroll inputs, expenses, travel, accommodation, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to produce and interpret management information and forecasts.
