Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Location: Newcastle with flexible hybrid working arrangements

About the role

Provide administration support to our local operations team including reception duties / coverage, administration to support service delivery teams and / or support to the manager and team in the form of travel arrangements, diary management and preparation of materials for meetings.

Role Requirements

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or previous relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role and providing support to management positions
  • Experience in managing sensitive information and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
