Job Opportunity
Applications are invited from motivated individuals who will be able to provide a flexible, efficient, and effective administration service to the busy, varied, and interesting Diagnostic Cardiology Unit at our NGH and RHH sites, our departmental contact centre based at RHH, and Community locations.
Working Hours and Pattern
37.5 hours per week, 4 longer days 8.00am- 6.00pm across all sites.
Our Administration Team works on a rota basis providing a high-quality service to all our patients. This ranges from accurately processing the initial referral through the various IT systems, to arranging the appointment, to helping any patient that contacts DCU via our busy contact centre, to greeting the patients in a warm, friendly, yet professional manner at any of our reception desks.

We support all the clinical services with their administration needs and are looking for individuals that are extremely adaptable and flexible as working locations and duties can vary considerably from day to day. The ability to be comfortable in both patient-facing and back-office environments is essential.
We are seeking strong and confident IT skills as we use several different systems in order to fulfill all the requirements of this post.
