Role: Part time Administrator / Scheduler

Location: Office is based in NR19

Hours of work: 4 or 5 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm between Monday to Friday

Salary is: exceeds NMW at £12.91 per hour

You will be handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our customers and clients with regards to eye and hearing services that we provide to patients in the community. This can be to organise appointments for the optical and audiology team to visit them to perform eye tests that are due or it could be to arrange for the delivery of patients glasses to them.
