One of our flagship contracts is with the Ministry of Defence at a major base near Watford - a complex, high-profile environment where we provide a full range of hard, soft, and technical FM services.

We are currently looking for a Administration Manager who will undertake team management within Northwood HQ of the Information Support Officer and Administrators.

As The Administration Services Manager, You Will

  • Management aspect of all embedded clerks and creative team, including leave, sickness, PDR’s, Team Talks, H & S & TBT
  • Control, demand and review of Skanska MODNet accounts for admin and creative team.
  • Provide cover for other Skanska Administrators and Supervisors when required.
  • Monitoring of all aspects of embedded clerk’s workload to ensure encapsulated within contract.
  • Liaison with Task Managers to ensure job specs are relevant and reflect the role in line with the contract and making FM(AS) aware of issues arising.
  • Ensure that all Admin Service Key Performance Indicators inputs are completed to programme to enable completion of monthly client performance reports in accordance with contractual requirements. With agreed KPI measurement in place.
  • Display a sound knowledge of the contractual requirements appertaining to the range of services managed

We Are Looking For

  • Experience of face to face customer service
  • Computer literate (Office 365 - Word, Excel etc)
  • Managed an admin/office department and have line manager experience
  • Experience of working in a security environment (desirable)
  • Experience of working with Military personnel and military protocol (desirable)
