About The Role

Semper Services is looking for an Administration Support professional to join our team in Central London.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the operations and management teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You will assist with documentation, communication, and coordination tasks across our maintenance and project activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys supporting a busy team environment, with opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

  • Supporting administration across maintenance contracts, engineering services, and project works
  • Working closely with engineers, contract managers, and the operations team

You will work closely with engineers, contract managers, and the operations team to support the administration of maintenance contracts and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams
  • Assist with preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Maintain records and update internal systems
  • Support scheduling and coordination of works where required
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members when needed
  • Help manage documentation related to projects and maintenance activities
  • Assist with general office administration tasks
  • Update job tracking systems and maintain accurate service records
  • Assist with preparation of client reports and contract documentation
  • Maintain compliance documentation including certificates and service records
  • Support coordination of engineers and subcontractors where required

Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in administration or office support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within facilities management, property services, or engineering environments (preferred)
  • Experience using job management or service management systems (desirable)
