Job Responsibilities

  • Employee lifecycle administration
  • GDPR compliance, confidentiality and secure handling of personal data
  • Conducting presentations to new-starters during their Induction
  • Recruitment and onboarding support
  • BPSS, SIA and workforce compliance administration
  • Training and induction coordination
  • HR case administration and minute taking for formal and informal meetings
  • Occupational Health referral administration
  • Payroll and employee query support
  • Personnel file and HR record management
  • Workforce data, spreadsheets and reporting
  • Client sustainability and social value reporting
  • Employee communications, newsletters and memos
  • Attending recruitment events and employment initiatives
  • General HR and management administrative support

Educational Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proficient in Maths, English and IT.
  • Preferred Experience
    • Experience of working within a busy office environment
    • At least 2 years Administration Background

Skills and Abilities

  • Good liaison abilities
  • Identifying customer needs during service delivery

Professional Qualifications/Memberships

  • Business Administration Level 2 (Desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance Vetting

Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment
  • Effective decision making and sound judgement skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - building trust and support
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Competent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Adherence to company policies & operating procedures
