BAMM Bennu Ambassadors for Mind Matters
We are keen to promote our positive mental health initiative BAMM Bennu Ambassadors for Mind Matters. Working closely with our CEO and Marketing team, playing a vital role behind the scenes, supporting the admin that connects us with education, performing arts and sport.
What difference will you make?
- Enables the Growth of BAMM Your administrative support directly helps us deliver and expand our BAMM (Bennu Ambassadors for Mind Matters) positive mental health initiative.
- Ensures Smooth Delivery By managing calendars and coordinating with partners, you ensure our wellbeing workshops and CPD programme run smoothly across education, performing arts, and sport.
- Frees Up Leadership Time Handling essential admin allows our CEO and Community Wellbeing Co-ordinator to focus on delivering critical arts therapy interventions for children and young people.

What are we looking for?
- Experience We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital, IT and Management. You should feel confident handling office coordination, managing digital calendars, organising logistics, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
- Communications and Marketing A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating the ability to write clear, professional, and on-brand messages when coordinating with our CEO, marketing team, and partner organisations.
- Reliability & Organisation Excellent time-management skills to ensure our workshops, CPD programs, and events are scheduled accurately.
- Passion for the Cause A genuine interest in youth mental health and how education, performing arts, and sport can improve self-care.

What will you be doing?
- Administrative Coordination Provide administrative support to the CEO and marketing team in sharing workshops and delivering our BAMM initiative, which focuses on positive mental health and self-care.
- Scheduling & Logistics Manage and update Bennu’s sessional calendar, accurately scheduling wellbeing initiatives, workshops, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs across education, performing arts, and sport.
- Meeting Support Attend key meetings to record minutes and help with the timely distribution of materials, documents, and communications to the team.
- Partner Liaison Support our marketing team with the administration needed to share our on-the-ground initiatives, demonstrating our collaboration with partner schools, performing arts, and sports organisations.
