Administration Team Leader

We're looking for a Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Administrators responsible for Apprenticeship Programme delivery supporting Royal Navy personnel. You'll ensure high-quality, compliant delivery, support learner success, and work closely with Royal Navy stakeholders and internal teams to provide an outstanding apprenticeship experience.

🕒 Full-time role – 37.5 hours a week

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of Administrators to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship service for Royal Navy personnel
- Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met
- Providing coaching, guidance, and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential
- Building positive relationships with Royal Navy stakeholders and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and in line with apprenticeship, compliance, and quality requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhancing team performance and supporting successful learner outcomes

Essential qualifications/skills/experience
- Experience working within an admin team, with some supervisory experience
- Experience working with stakeholders with the ability to build relationships
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management
- Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience
- An understanding of apprenticeships
