Administration Team Leader

Chester Hospital | Administration | Permanent | Full Time

Salary up to £28,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Nuffield Health is the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re passionate about building a healthier nation. And we’re shaping an outstanding patient experience by giving our nursing colleagues more time to care and get to know our patients. It starts with great leadership. It starts with you.

As an Administration Team Leader at our Chester Hospital, you will bring experience in a similar customer facing environment. Ideally, you’ve held a Team Leader role that’s equipped you with the essential skills and understanding to succeed here. Radiology experience is desirable and previous experience working in a medical setting is essential. And, of course, you’re also dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. You will also have good communication skills and ideally the knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
