Our Administrator/Scheduler role in our Home Visits business could be perfect for you.

As an Administrator/Scheduler at Specsavers

You’ll be a key part of our business. This office-based role is very customer-focused, as well as being key to the success of our clinics. You will:

  • Make and take calls from patients, care homes, and 3rd parties
  • Book, schedule, and plan the clinics efficiently for our Home Visits teams
  • Update patient records
  • Arrange for deliveries of patients’ new glasses
  • Liaise with the field-based teams on a daily basis
  • Handle other general admin duties

All the while ensuring our customers feel listened to and receive a gold standard service.

We are looking for someone with

  • Proven administration and scheduling experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

This is a fast-paced role, so you will need to be able to manage a busy workload and conflicting deadlines. An excellent telephone manner is a must in this role.

What we’re looking for?

  • Current or previous route planning and appointment setting or scheduling experience is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good time management and the ability to work at pace and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Call centre, office experience, and customer service skills are also desired
