Administrative and Warehouse Support Specialist
Join our logistics team as an Administrative and Warehouse Support Specialist, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our Warehouse department.
By collaborating across teams, working towards shared goals and taking a proactive approach to problem solving, you will help our teams focus on what matters most: improving health for more people.
Based in Havant you will become part of a team of six dedicated professionals who look forward to shaping the future together with you.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
- Manage stock consumption and warehouse movements accurately within SAP
- Support production order consumption for activities completed within the build hall
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Production and Warehouse departments
- Support hands-on warehouse activities as required, accounting for approximately 25% of the role, including providing cover during colleague absences
- Plan and coordinate varied workloads, working collaboratively to identify practical solutions that meet operational needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adapt flexibly to support changing business priorities
What Will Convince Us
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally within an SAP enabled environment
- Administrative experience supporting warehouse and production activities
- Working knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and Production Planning modules is desirable
- A methodical and analytical approach, with the ability to think creatively and identify process improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership and work effectively across different teams
- A proactive team player with clear and effective communication skills
- Strong continuous improvement experience with a focus on 5s
