Role Description

The Administrative Assistant at LT Distribution Europe is a part-time remote role focused on providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars
  • Organizing digital files
  • Preparing and formatting documents
  • Supporting executive-level scheduling and coordination
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries appropriately
  • Maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external contacts
  • Assisting with data entry, basic reporting, and other clerical tasks such as document management and online record keeping
  • Collaboration with team members across different locations and time zones with a strong emphasis on reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, supporting senior staff with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
