Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations at Will Barnes Recruitment’s Sittingbourne location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining records and databases, preparing documents, updating candidate and client information, and supporting scheduling of interviews and meetings. The Administrative Assistant will assist with filing, data entry, handling correspondence, and coordinating office supplies. This position also supports the wider recruitment team with general office tasks and contributes to a positive, organized, and efficient working environment.
