Administrative Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to support a key site project by helping us organize, digitize, and streamline our office records at our Slough facility on a 6-month contract.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

The hourly rate for this position in the United Kingdom is expected to range between £12 and £14. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do:
- Support the broader Slough site operations by driving an efficient office clear-out and document management project.
- Collaborate closely with site colleagues and the facilities team to coordinate the removal of obsolete storage and equipment.
- Sort, organize, label, and archive physical documents in line with internal policies.
- Review files and prepare records for secure long-term retention or confidential disposal.
- Scan and digitize physical records to improve data accessibility.
- Maintain a highly organized, safe, and tidy working environment throughout the project lifetime.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive office records.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in administrative support, document archiving, or records management roles.
- Practical experience sorting, cataloging, and digitizing physical files accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and process adherence.
- Ability to handle confidential business information securely and responsibly.
- Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with facilities and site teams.
- Capability to handle light physical tasks associated with office packing and file sorting.
