Edward Clay & Son Ltd, established in 1870, is a long-standing manufacturer of felt and fibre pads and rolls supporting multiple industries. Based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, the company combines traditional quality standards with leading-edge non-woven and needle punch technologies. It focuses on recyclable, sustainable, and biodegradable solutions, using reclaimed, virgin, and natural fibres. Products are widely used by customers in mattress, upholstery, and horticultural markets, and the company is positioned to meet both current and future market needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Ossett. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to office staff and management, including handling incoming calls and emails, managing schedules, and maintaining records and files. Responsibilities include preparing documents, data entry, updating databases, and assisting with correspondence and reports. The role also involves greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, supporting office logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external contacts.
