Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join the Neuroprogressive and Dementia Research Network (NDN).
About NDN
The Neuroprogressive and Dementia Research Network (NDN) deliver a portfolio of clinical research studies in neurodegenerative conditions across NHS Tayside. The department works in partnership with clinical teams, research and development, academic institutions and external organisations to facilitate the safe, efficient and high-quality conduct of research.
Role Description
You will have previous administration experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A friendly manner and good people skills are essential as the role involves working closely with colleagues across the department. This role provides essential administrative support to the NDN team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the daily operations. Duties will include:

- Data inputting
- Cash handling
- Collation of spreadsheets
- Maintaining accurate records on SSTS

Requirements
- Achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland
- Comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment

Hours and Salary
- Hours of work: 21.6 hours, Monday to Friday, office hours
- Salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours
