We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled administrative assistant to join our team to support the smooth and efficient running of the school. The post holder will have experience of working in an office and have a clear understanding of office practice, budget monitoring, financial/cash handling and meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for general administration of school records, financial record keeping and office services, including maintenance of the school filing systems. We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, understands the importance of confidentiality and is able to use their initiative and discretion where appropriate. The successful candidate will be interested in working with children and their families and have good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be keen to pursue your own career development.
