Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Start Date: 1 September 2026
I am looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support my businesses.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a recent graduate with around 1–2 years’ office or administrative experience who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and varied business environment.

The role will include:
- Email management and correspondence
- General administrative support across multiple businesses
- Assisting with business outreach and communications
- Supporting social media posting and scheduling
- Assisting with verification administration
- Providing support with projects and occasional events
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- A confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Experienced in using both Mac and Microsoft Office
- Keen to learn, take initiative, and grow with the business
