Criterion Capital is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across our development, asset management, construction, and operations activities.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will play an important role in ensuring the wider team operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management and wider project teams.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and schedules, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, circulate information, and record and follow up on actions.
  • Maintain accurate project, company, and administrative records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate communications with colleagues, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain action trackers and follow up to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Assist with project administration, including document registers, schedules, trackers, and general project information.
  • Support procurement and supplier administration, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, events, and other logistical requirements.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and general enquiries, ensuring matters are appropriately followed through.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial and business information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems across the business.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience in property, construction, development, hospitality, professional services, or a similar environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and follow through on tasks.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or management teams would be advantageous.
