Part-Time Marketing & Administration Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual to join our growing team in a varied Marketing & Administration role.

No two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for keeping our recruitment systems up to date, ensuring vacancies are presented professionally across our website and job boards, helping to grow our online presence, and providing day-to-day support to the Managing Directors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and wants to play an important role within a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage job adverts within our recruitment CRM, Vincere
  • Set up and maintain company profiles and vacancy information
  • Prepare contracts and supporting documentation
  • Format, proofread and enhance job specifications
  • Publish vacancies across our website and external job boards
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page through regular content and updates
  • Design and produce our quarterly company newsletter
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, content creation and wider business projects
  • Ensure all documentation and systems are accurate, professional and up to date

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration or office experience
  • Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Has a friendly, positive and bubbly personality
  • Enjoys being creative and coming up with new ideas
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is confident using Google Workspace and a variety of computer software
  • Can prioritise multiple tasks and manage their own workload
  • Works well independently and takes initiative
  • Takes pride in producing work to a consistently high standard

Desirable Skills

While not essential, experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Recruitment software, particularly Vincere
  • LinkedIn business page management
  • Marketing or content creation
  • Canva or other graphic design software
  • Basic website content management
