About the Role
Vivid Technologies is looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, has good attention to detail and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks. We are happy to consider school-hours working and flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Managing emails, telephone calls and correspondence
- Maintaining records, documents and filing systems
- Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with invoicing, orders and basic financial administration
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Updating company databases and systems
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Professional and approachable
- Confident communicating by phone and email
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar software
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Discreet when handling confidential information
- Previous administrative experience is essential

Working Hours
We are open to discussing flexible and part-time working arrangements, including hours that fit around school drop-off and collection times. The exact working pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate based on business requirements and availability.
Salary
Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience, skills and the agreed working hours.
