Administrative Assistant

Location: Pembroke

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 35 hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Are you highly organised, accurate, and confident working behind the scenes to keep essential administration running smoothly? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our administration function at our Pembroke office.

This is primarily a back-office support role. You’ll focus on the efficient processing and management of incoming correspondence, ensuring documents are handled accurately, uploaded to the correct systems, and managed in a timely and compliant way.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Keep the office one step ahead by making sure important information reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Bring order to busy days, keeping documents, correspondence, and records clear, accurate, and easy to find.
  • Be the reliable support behind the scenes, helping colleagues stay focused and clients receive a seamless service.
  • Handle important information with care, confidence, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Get involved in a varied mix of administration, office support, and day-to-day tasks that keep things moving.
  • Make a real impact in a role where accuracy, organisation, and a helpful attitude truly matter.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organised and methodical – you can keep post, scanning, databases, and records moving efficiently without losing track of detail.
  • Accurate and detail-focused – you take pride in processing documents correctly and maintaining reliable records.
  • Confident using office systems – you are comfortable with scanning, uploading information, and working with databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Trustworthy and professional – you understand the importance of confidentiality when handling client documents and identification.
  • Flexible and supportive – you are willing to assist with regional administrative tasks, reception cover, and changing priorities when needed.
  • A positive team player – you work well with colleagues and contribute to a friendly, efficient, and professional office environment.
