Role Description
The Administrative Assistant role is a part-time hybrid position based in Preston, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also involves supporting senior team members with executive administrative tasks, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with client-facing communications in a professional manner. The Administrative Assistant will help ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as diary management and meeting coordination.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), email systems, and basic IT tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in financial services or a professional services office is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage.
