Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join and support our team in London. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be ensuring the smooth operation of the business and managing general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include operational tasks and some financial report preparation, as well as organising travel, meetings, and internal company events. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and is capable of organising their work using tools such as Microsoft Excel. If you are an outgoing, adaptable individual we would love to meet you. Prior experience as a secretary or executive assistant, or similar, would be an advantage.

  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage the break room area
  • Welcome visitors, candidates, and clients
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, credit card statements, and generate invoices
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, binding, record-keeping, etc.
  • Organise travel for senior executives (booking flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Develop and update administrative systems to improve efficiency
  • Track employee annual leave requests and candidate timesheets
  • Organise internal company events to foster team spirit (Christmas party, sports events, etc.)
