Role Description

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Lytham St Anne's. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as handling incoming calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, and supporting documentation for property-related transactions. The Administrative Assistant will schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, update internal systems, and assist with filing and data entry to ensure efficient office operations. The role also includes supporting the leadership team with basic executive administrative tasks, greeting visitors, and contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage records, documentation, and office processes efficiently.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for scheduling, preparing documents, and supporting company leadership.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and basic data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Customer service mindset with a polite, approachable manner and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in property or real estate environments is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or office management is beneficial.
