Personal attributes and skills
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools, and other systems implemented by the firm to be able to utilize their time as efficiently as possible
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Highly literate and numerate with strong customer service skills
- Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions to any issues encountered, liaising with colleagues as necessary
- Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter
- Able to work alone as well as within a team
- Attention to detail, ability to retain high concentration levels for extended periods of time

The Administrative Assistant will perform all manner of administrative and file management operations requested by Lawyers, Legal Assistants, and other support functions both under the direct supervision of the Legal Support Manager and working independently.
Responsibilities include:
- File opening/closing
- Archive management
- General administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing
- Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports
- Audio dictation
- Managing and processing expenses
- Assisting in the billing process
- Prioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are met.
