An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Patent Renewals Assistant to join a leading Intellectual Property firm with a strong international presence.
Working within a busy renewals team, you'll manage the end-to-end patent and design renewals process, including:
- Preparing client schedules and quotes
- Processing instructions
- Coordinating renewal payments
- Issuing invoices and reports
- Maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, overseas associates, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
