Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Sheffield. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office tasks such as managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for managers and project teams.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and updating documents
- Maintaining filing systems (both digital and paper)
- Processing mail and basic correspondence
- Supporting executive-level staff with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
- Assisting with data entry and simple reporting

The role also involves interacting with clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring professional communication and smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort with basic digital tools.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Sheffield, collaborating effectively within a diverse team.
- Prior administrative experience in construction, property, or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant education or training in office administration or business support is beneficial.
