Administrative Assistant | London | 50-Week Contract | £221 PAYE Per Day

We're partnering with a leading global investment and financial services organisation to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a high-profile executive office in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders across a global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex and ever-changing executive calendars
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, expenses, and logistical arrangements
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs, and meeting materials
  • Supporting senior leadership meetings, client engagements, and events
  • Liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
  • Providing seamless administrative support and executive coverage when required
  • Managing communications with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' administrative or executive support experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders within a large, global organisation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
