- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Managing correspondence
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining office records
- Updating databases
- Preparing basic documents

The Administrative Assistant will also assist with:
- Filing
- Data entry
- General clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations
Collaboration with colleagues and clear communication with customers and suppliers are key parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are important.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Tamworth and collaborate effectively with a diverse team is required.
