Part Time Medical Administrator | Near Guildford
£16,460 pro rata (£26,000 FTE)
Monday–Friday, 9:30am–3:30pm
Term Time Only
Free onsite parking

We’re looking for a Medical Administrator to join a specialist education setting supporting autistic children and young adults.
This is far more than an administration role.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring pupils receive the right medical support, records are accurate, staff are appropriately trained and parents, healthcare professionals and school teams are kept informed.

What will you be doing?
- Managing Individual Healthcare Plans
- Coordinating medication records and procedures
- Supporting first aid and medical incident reporting
- Liaising with parents, healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Organising medical training and refresher sessions
- Monitoring medical supplies and equipment
- Producing reports for senior management
- Supporting emergency response procedures
- Providing wider administrative and reception support when required
What are we looking for?
You don't necessarily need to have worked in a school before. We're looking for someone who is: Organised. Reliable. Calm. Compassionate. Proactive.

You'll need strong administration and IT skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality. Experience within a medical, healthcare, education or care environment would be advantageous.
