We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/ Secretary to join a busy General Practice team in a professional services company based in Hayes.

This is a varied role providing secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and the wider team, while also helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and clients receive a professional and welcoming service.

Due to the nature of the work, this role is based onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Preparing and formatting letters, reports, presentations and other documents
  • Supporting client onboarding and AML administration
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM information
  • Assisting with client accounts and tax return administration – full training provided
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Coordinating travel, couriers, post and office requirements
  • Providing reception cover and supporting clients and visitors
  • Assisting with client meetings, lunches and office events
  • Providing general administrative support across the office

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial, PA or administrative support role ideally in an accountancy firm, law practice or financial/ professional services firm
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • A strong team player who can also work independently
