Administration Assistant

-Hybrid Working / Global Entertainment Company / Windsor-

A well-known Japanese entertainment company is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join its Shared Services Division based in Windsor.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Communications Manager and Commercial Manager while assisting the wider Communications and Commercial teams with day-to-day operations, meetings, and special projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative and communication skills, be highly organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide diary management, travel arrangements, and expense administration for the Communications Manager and Commercial Manager
  • Deliver general administrative support to the Shared Services Division, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining team assets
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support the organization of PR events
  • Track and monitor departmental budgets
  • Support the purchase order process, including drafting POs, maintaining records, and liaising with suppliers
  • Prepare documentation for internal approval processes
  • Conduct ad hoc market research on competitor products and components
  • Provide additional administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or secretarial role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as Asana or Slack would be advantageous
  • Professional, approachable, and reliable
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Japanese language skills would be advantageous but are not essential

  • Salary: Depending on experience (Please keep in mind this is a junior role!)
  • Job Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Start: Negotiable
